Hailey Boggess, MSW

Hailey works as a psychotherapist specializing in trauma and anxiety. 
 
She uses EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), mindfulness, and somatic (or mind-body) interventions to heal the impact of past traumas in her clients’ lives. 
 
Hailey received a Bachelor’s of Psychology from Utah Valley University and a Master’s of Social Work from Brigham Young University. 
 
Hailey also plays piano and taught piano lessons throughout her schooling. In addition to working as a therapist, 
 
Hailey runs a small Etsy business that sells therapeutic resources in an effort to make mental health tools more accessible to everyone. 
 
In her spare time, you can find her enjoying nature through snowboarding, mountain biking, backpacking, or reading books about spirituality.
