Jeff  began playing the organ in high school before studying with Lynn Thomas at Utah State University. He later studied with Dr. Daniel Kerr at BYU-Idaho, where he completed his AGO Colleague examination in 2021.

 

As an employee of Anderson Organ Works, he travels across the state installing, repairing, and maintaining both pipe and electronic organs. He particularly enjoys opportunities to improve the sound and performance of church instruments, and to help other organists to find success in their efforts as musicians.

 

He and his wife Samantha live in Logan, where they teach organ and piano lessons as much as their two-year-old twins allow them to. They also direct the Towne Singers, Cache Valley’s longest-running mixed community choir.
