Kim
Eunjin Kim is an occupational therapist, certified lymphedema therapist and certified hand therapist. Prior to moving to UT, she worked with various upper extremity conditions for 13 years at level 1 Trauma centers such as Hennepin County Medical Center and University of Minnesota Health Care in MN.
She is currently working at Salt Lake VA Medical Center.Her studies as a pianist brought her to the US from South Korea.
She worked as a Music Therapist for 4 years and then as an Occupational Therapist for 18 years. Eventually she found her passion and career as a hand therapist.
Being a pianist herself, she was fascinated by the intricacy of hands and how they allow us to achieve greater possibilities. She has extensive experience of a wide variety of traumatic and non-traumatic injuries and the conservative and post-operative treatment of the elbow, wrist and hand.
She is also skilled in custom orthotic fabrication to complement the treatment of injuries. She finds great joy in empowering others to maximize their potential by assisting them in achieving their best possibilities.
